How It Works
When you enter a property address, our system:
- Resolves the property — extracting beds, baths, square footage, price history, and tax records from public sources.
- Gathers market data concurrently — pulling demographics (Census Bureau), fair market rents (HUD), house price trends (FHFA), employment statistics (BLS), and nearby amenities (Google Places).
- Synthesizes with AI analysis — using Claude to generate renovation cost estimates, rental projections, tenant market assessments, and an investment verdict with S&P 500 benchmark comparison.
